A Fall 2016 Season has been Planned By The New York Fashion Week: Men’s

The latest project, by the City of New York and CFDA, New York Fashion Week: Men’s, has begun. It features 2016 Spring collections from the brands in the United States, but also from American collectors from Europe. The week will encompass 60 shows and several parties and events. It is a lot of work, but if we know that Amazon Fashion, Axe, DreamWorks, Cadillac and Shinola will be there, then organizations won’t have a hard time.

Diane von Furstenberg, a president and Steven Kolb, the CEO of CFDA, joined in the New York deputy major, Alicia Glen, in order to discuss the growth and impact about the week. You should know that the fashion industry employs more than 180.000 people in this city. This is $11 billion in employees’ wages and $1.3 in taxes for the city. Spending more money on the week is something that fashion industry and the city need.

You have already noticed that the shows will be popular and visited. You can pay attention on your Instagram or Facebook profile. A lot of brands, that were present for the women’s fashion week, will be present again. Some of the best known are Perry Ellis and Duckie Brown. They will be able to own their own time slot.

The event has also been planned for a second season. It will occur between 28 and 31st January 2016. The NYFWM will be held after the show in Paris but predate the New York’s Women Fashion Show. It will be presented several weeks before the woman’s fashion week. We believe that it will be even more visited.
